These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) control how you use our online medicine ordering platform in the U.S. Our services are offered through our website and mobile app (together, the “Platform”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Platform. You fully agree to follow these Terms. Do not use the Platform if you disagree with any part of these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
You accept these Terms by using or logging into our Platform. Your continued use means you fully agree with all conditions listed. These Terms create a legal agreement between you and Meditrustrx.
2. User Eligibility
Services on our Platform are only for people who can make legal agreements under U.S. law. People under 18 years old cannot sign up or buy things on the Platform. Parents or legal guardians can use the Platform for minors.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must create an account to use most Platform services. Give true, full, and current information when you sign up. You are fully responsible for keeping your account private and for all actions under it. Tell us right away if someone uses your account without your permission.
4. Ordering Process for Medicines
- Prescription Medicines: To order prescription drugs, you need a valid, scanned copy of a prescription from a licensed medical practitioner in the U.S. You must upload this prescription when you order. We can cancel orders if a valid prescription is not given or checked.
- Non-Prescription (OTC) Products: You can order OTC products and wellness essentials without a prescription.
- Order Acceptance: All orders must be accepted by Meditrustrx and our network of registered retail pharmacies. We can cancel any order if we choose.
5. Product Information & Disclaimer
Product information on the Platform is for your knowledge only. It is not medical advice. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice or treatment. We do not support any specific medicine or treatment. Product pictures are for showing what it looks like; the actual product package may be different. Meditrustrx ensures genuine medicines are bought from licensed suppliers.
6. Pricing & Payments
All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD). Prices can change without telling you first. Taxes and delivery fees will be added when you check out. We take different ways to pay, including online payments and cash on delivery. You agree to pay all charges under your account.
7. Delivery Terms
Meditrustrx offers medicine home delivery across the U.S., with an initial focus on key healthcare markets like California, Texas, New York, Florida, and Illinois. We work for fast medicine delivery and good service nationwide. Delivery times depend on where you are and if the product is in stock. We are not responsible for delays caused by unexpected events. Secure medicine delivery is what we promise.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is sent out. Please see our full Return and Refund Policy for details on how to return products and get refunds. Special rules apply to items that spoil fast and certain medicines.
9. User Conduct
You agree to use the Platform only for legal reasons. Do not do anything that could hurt the Platform or its users. You must not send false, misleading, or fake information. Misusing the Platform or its content is strictly against the rules.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Meditrustrx Platform, including words, pictures, logos, images, and software, belongs to Meditrustrx or its content providers. It is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You cannot copy, share, or create new works from it without clear permission.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is given “as is” and “as available.” Meditrustrx does not promise nonstop or error-free access. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, accidental, or special damages from your use of the Platform or products. We only help users buy things from licensed pharmacies in the U.S.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are controlled by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A. Any disagreements from these Terms will be handled only by the federal and state courts located in Delaware.
